ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT


The judgment is hereby reversed and the case is remanded in accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court's decision in Ex parte Rumlin, 564 So.2d 1386 (Ala. 1990).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
