Rosenberg v. Zurich General Acc. Liab. Ins. Co.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jan 1, 1930
228 App. Div. 710 (N.Y. App. Div. 1930)

Opinion

January, 1930.

Present — Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Young, Hagarty and Scudder, JJ.

Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. We do not consider Ciappa v. Rosenberg ( 242 N.Y. 498) controlling, because in that case only steel demolition was excluded from coverage, while here no demolition is covered.
