In an action to declare the nullity of a marriage and for related relief, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 30, 1979, which dismissed the complaint. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements (see Statter v Statter, 2 N.Y.2d 668; Romeo v Romeo, 39 A.D.2d 559; see, also, Psaroudis v Psaroudis, 27 N.Y.2d 527). Damiani, J.P., Cohalan, Margett and Gibbons, JJ., concur.
