Appellant's request for oral argument is hereby denied.

We treat this appeal from a nonfinal order as a petition for writ of certiorari and dismiss the petition. See Archer v. Archer, 692 So. 2d 1009 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997; Gay v. Gay, 604 So. 2d 904 (Fla. 5th DCA 1992).

Upon consideration of appellant's motion for attorney's fees, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied.
