This case is on the calendar of the Court's November 13, 2023, trial session for Houston, Texas. On March 27, 2023, the Court granted respondent's Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation and amended the docket number of this case by deleting the letter "S" therefrom (Doc. 15). On September 26, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration (Doc. 20). The docket number on the proposed decision includes the letter "S" that was previously deleted.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed September 26, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before October 26, 2023, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
