Judgment and order of the Municipal Court reversed, on authority of Lindenborn v. Vogel ( 131 App. Div. 75), and default opened, without costs, and without costs of appeal to either party. Woodward, Jenks, Thomas, Rich and Carr, JJ., concurred.
