Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the application is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a motion that includes an affidavit setting forth the matters that were the subject of contest before Family Court as to which review is permitted (see Matter of Larae L. (Heather L.), 202 A.D.3d 1454, 1455 [4th Dept 2022], lv denied 38 N.Y.3d 907 [2022]).
