District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Feb 26, 1992
593 So. 2d 624 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 91-0840.

February 26, 1992.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Karen L. Martin, Judge.

Frank B. Kessler, Lake Worth, for appellant.

Michelle Hankey, Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc., Larry Klein and Randy D. Ellison, Klein Walsh, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm. The trial court found the husband's actual dollar amount share of child support under the guidelines to be $364.14 a month. The trial court then gave the husband credit for the $184 a month social security payment paid directly to the wife for the support of the children. Williams v. Williams, 560 So.2d 308, 310 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990). The husband was only ordered to pay the net amount of $180.14 a month as child support.

AFFIRMED.

HERSEY, STONE and GARRETT, JJ., concur.
