The petition herein raise substantially the same issues as were decided in State Lands Commission of the State of California [281 P.2d 65] and the Executive Officer of the State Lands Commission of the State of California v. Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Sacramento, Cal.App., 281 P.2d 59, and hence is controlled by that decision.

The writ will issue.
