COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, § 10statute of limitations as barring faculty member's action for allegedly wrongful discharge. Plaintiff's action for his allegedly wrongful discharge from his position as member of faculty of defendant university's college of dentistry, held based on unwritten contract and barred by five-year statute of limitations (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 83, par. 16; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 107.275).

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. MICHAEL L. McKINLEY, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1943.
