On April 12, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. In response to the Court's order, respondent augmented this motion with additional documentation on May 23, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the record in this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 19, 2023, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
