Appeal from the Circuit Court for Carroll County (BOYLAN, J.).

Action by John J. Lemmon against Jonas C. Rhinehart for damages for personal injuries sustained when struck by defendant's automobile. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, the defendant appeals.

Judgment affirmed.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., SLOAN, JOHNSON, DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, MARBURY, and GRASON, JJ.
