For cause, it is

ORDERED that the copy of respondent's First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed September 18, 2024, at Docket Index No. 13, is deemed stricken from Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2024, respondent shall file a corrected copy of the First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners no longer need to file an objection to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, as supplemented, by October 11, 2024. A revised deadline for an objection will be provided after respondent refiles the supplement.
