Before the Court is court reporter Crystal Brown's May 31, 2023 second request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. The record was originally due February 21, 2023. In the request, Ms. Brown states she has had medical issues that have caused her delays. She attached to her request a letter from a doctor stating she should be excused from work from May 22, 2023, through June 2, 2023, due to medical treatments on May 22 and May 25. Ms. Brown requests a fifteen-day extension of time to file the reporter's record. The most recent due date of the reporter's record was May 25, 2023. We GRANT the request for extension, and we ORDER Crystal Brown to file the reporter's record no later than JUNE 9, 2023. We caution Ms. Brown that the failure to file the reporter's record by that date will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Brown not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in these appeals.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Rocky Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; Crystal Brown, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
