This case was stricken from the Court's April 29, 2024, Jackson, Mississippi trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On February 21, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss calendaring this case for a special session in New Orleans, Louisiana, since the Court does not have permanent courtroom space in Jackson, Mississippi. The parties recently contacted the undersigned's Chambers proposing dates for this special session. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024, in Room 212, at the U.S. Customs House, 423 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 20, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report proposing a pretrial schedule.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
