SHIMON REINHOLD, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York, New York Trial Session beginning on May 15, 2023. On April 13, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. Considering the foregoing it is

ORDERED that on or before May 5, 2023, petitioner is to file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, indicating whether or not petitioner opposes the motion.
