On February 21, 2023, docket entry 32, respondent filed a Status Report indicating that petitioners have provided respondent with documentation for their case and the parties have scheduled a meeting to discuss the documentation and potential settlement of the case.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 23, 2023, the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision document or file Joint Status Reports with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
