UNITED STATES — Validity of HOLC mortgage and provisions — Extensions and foreclosure — Syllabus adopted.

The syllabus in McConnell v. Home Owners Loan Corp., 190 Okla. 190, 121 P.2d 1001, is adopted as the syllabus herein.

Appeal from District Court, Okmulgee County; S.L. O'Bannon, Judge.

Action in foreclosure of real estate mortgage by Home Owners' Loan Corporation against Grant Rebold et ux. Plaintiff had judgment, and defendants appeal. Affirmed.

This case was by agreement consolidated with and decided in cause No. 29227, McConnell v. Home Owners' Loan Corp., 190 Okla. 190, 121 P.2d 1001. What we therein said renders any further statement herein unnecessary.

Judgment affirmed.
