602 So. 2d 970 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 91-2334.

August 7, 1992.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Leon County; N. Sanders Sauls, Judge.

Susan A. Maher, Deputy General Counsel, Dept. of Corrections, Tallahassee, for appellants.

Willie James Warren, appellee, pro se.

The operative facts of this appeal are indistinguishable from those in Singletary v. Powell, 602 So.2d 969 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). Accordingly, as in that appeal, we reverse the trial court's order transferring venue, and remand for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

ERVIN, MINER and WEBSTER, JJ., concur.
