On July 24, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. By Order served August 3, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file an Objection, if any, to respondent's motion to dismiss. On August 18, 2023, that Order was received by the Court as returned mail.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address in the Court's record shall be corrected pursuant to petitioner's address set forth in the petition filed to commence this case. It is further

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner's Objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is extended to September 13, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall remail to petitioner a copy of the Court's Order served August 3, 2023.
