Plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of proceedings pending resolution of federal litigation, or for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, from the decision and order of this Court, entered on July 18, 2016 (M-2666) (Appeal No. 14995) [M-3450], And defendants-respondents having cross moved for an order striking the main motion and to enjoin appellant from further filings [M-5436], Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross-motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied [M-3450]. The cross motion is granted to the extent of directing plaintiff-appellant to make no further filings of any kind and otherwise denied [M-5436].
