On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the November 15, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this matter to the Osceola Circuit Court for reconsideration of the petition for change of custody in light of the November 15, 2002 opinion of the Court of Appeals and any up-to-date information or other changes in circumstances arising since the trial court's original change of custody order.
