ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order denying a petition for judicial review of an administrative water law decision. Ninth Judicial District Court, Douglas County; Michael P. Gibbons, Judge.
Respondents have filed a motion to dismiss this appeal as untimely filed more than 33 days after the appealed order's notice of entry was served by mail. NRAP 4(a)(1) ; NRAP 26(c). Appellant admits that the notice of appeal was filed one day late. Accordingly, as the notice of appeal was untimely, we lack jurisdiction, Zugel v. Miller, 99 Nev. 100, 659 P.2d 296 (1983), and
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
