The motion for reconsideration of this Court's order denying the waiver of fees is DENIED. Appellant receives no federal or state assistance, does not provide current income information, does not provide an explanation for how she affords rent in excess of the poverty level, and does not provide any information as to how her expenses are paid. Appellant must pay the full amount owed to the Clerk of the Court within 7 days of certification of this order.
