Pruden v. White

Supreme Court of North Carolina
Sep 1, 1910
68 S.E. 910 (N.C. 1910)

Opinion

(Filed 14 September, 1910.)

APPEAL from Ward, J., at the Spring Term, 1910, of HERTFORD.

Stanley Winborne for plaintiffs.

L. L. Smith for defendant White.

George Cowper for defendant Tayloe.

Defendants White and Tayloe appealed.

We have carefully examined and considered the records in both of these appeals and are of the opinion that substantial justice has been done and that no reversible error appears. The (29) judgment of the court is therefore affirmed.

Affirmed in both appeals.
