MOTION DECISION

An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about February 02, 2022, And orders of this Court having been entered on July 05, 2022 (Motion No. 2022-01840), September 13, 2022 (Motion No. 2022-03015), and March 09, 2023 (Motion No. 2023-00306), each order having denied petitioner's motions for leave to prosecute the aforesaid appeal as a poor person and for related relief, And an order of this Court having been entered on July 20, 2023 (Motion No. 2023-01878) having denied petitioner-appellant's motion for reargument of the three aforementioned orders of this Court; for leave "to waive Part 1250.7(g) appendix certification" for the Record on Appeal; for leave to appeal under CPLR 5516; and "Indictment for Breach of Duty" based on allegations that certain court employees conspired against him to deny his ability to submit his hearing and determination of the aforesaid pending appeal, And petitioner-appellant, pro se, having moved for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals the aforesaid order of this Court (Motion No. 2023-01878),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
