Voluntary manslaughter. Effingham Superior Court. Before Judge Usher.

Allyn M. Wallace, for appellant.

The Supreme Court of the United States in Price v. Georgia, 398 U.S. 323 ( 90 SC 1757, 26 L.Ed.2d 300), having reversed the judgment of this court in Price v. State, 118 Ga. Pursuant to the mandate of the Supreme Court the costs in the Supreme Court are taxed against the State.
