Upon due consideration of the Motion for Entry of Decision filed September 25, 2024, by respondent in the above-docketed matter, wherein respondent explained that a basis for settlement had previously been reached but that further attempts to communicate and finalize a Proposed Stipulated Decision had been unavailing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 16, 2024, either (1) petitioner shall file with the Court an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion, or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this case. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and entry of a decision in accordance therewith, closing this case.
