Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a Special Trial Session of the Court beginning on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the United States Tax Court, 4002nd Street Northwest, South Courtroom, Washington, D.C. 20217. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach a copy of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order. It is further
ORDERED that in addition to the deadlines set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order, the parties shall comply with the following deadlines and requirements, unless the Court, upon request, grants an extension:
Exchange with the parties and lodge with the Court Opening Expert Reports on or before February 14, 2024.
Exchange with the parties and lodge with the Court Rebuttal Expert Reports on or before April 15, 2024.
This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
