Upon due consideration of returned mail, it is
ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00 and file with the Court in paper form (not electronic) a Ratification of Petition, is extended to March 14, 2023. Failure to pay the filing fee and file a Ratification of Petition may result in the dismissal of this case for lack of jurisdiction. It is further
ORDERED that, along with a copy of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioners the Court's Order issued December 9, 2022, and the Court's Order issued December 19, 2022.
