The plaintiffs' petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 197 Conn. App. 326, 232 A.3d 52 (2020), is granted, limited to the following issues:
"1. Did the Appellate Court properly apply plenary review to the trial court's judgment?
"2. Did the Appellate Court properly apply the ‘actual use' doctrine in relation to the nonconforming use at issue in this case?
"3. Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that a zoning regulation that limits use of a park to ‘recreational purposes' allowed the concerts at issue in this case to occur?''
