This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on May 1, 2023, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. On April 17, 2023, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on January 13, 2023, the parties filed a Status Report apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report that they have diligently worked to settle this case and have agreed to a basis for settlement, resolving all issues in this case. The parties further report that respondent's counsel is currently drafting decision documents to reflect the terms of the settlement; the parties will submit stipulated decision documents to the Court as soon as possible. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is stricken or trial from the May 1, 2023, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Trial Session of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is hereby
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 2, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status report, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
