Order denying plaintiff's motion to strike out the separate and complete defense and the partial defense, on the ground that they are insufficient in law, or, to strike out certain paragraphs of the amended answer on the ground that they are conclusions of law, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
