Sua sponte, cause no longer held for the decision in 2019-1494, West v. Bode, and stay of briefing schedule lifted. The clerk shall issue an order for the transmittal of the record from the Court of Appeals for Stark County, and the parties shall brief this case on proposition of law Nos. II and III in accordance with the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
