Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Wilhelm, case No. 4-17-0008 (05/28/19). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this court's opinion in People v. Roddis, 2020 IL 124352, on the issue of whether the trial court improperly ruled on the merits of defendant's pro se claim of ineffective assistance of counsel, and determine if a different result is warranted.
