On this appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 23, 1968, this court on March 30, 1970 directed that a hearing be held on appellant's motion to suppress certain physical evidence and that the appeal be held in abeyance pending the hearing ( People v. Whitfield, 34 A.D.2d 582). The hearing has been held and an order has been made thereon by the County Court, Suffolk County, dated June 18, 1970, denying the motion. Judgment and said order affirmed. No opinion. Martuscello, Acting P.J., Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
