PEOPLE State of Illinois, respondent, v. Andrew L. WHITE, petitioner.


Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. White, case No. 4–14–0345, 2016 WL 1622371 (04/22/16). The appellate court is directed to remand the matter to the circuit court for resentencing on counts II and III. Specifically, the erroneous six-year extended-term sentences for aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer (count II) and aggravated reckless driving (count III) should be set aside and the defendant should be sentenced to non-extended terms for those offenses.
