People v. Washington

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jan 26, 1998
246 A.D.2d 677 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998)

Opinion

January 26, 1998

Appeal from the County Court, Westchester County (Smith, J.).

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

We have examined the record and find that the defendant's pleas were knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily entered ( see, e.g., People v. Harris, 61 N.Y.2d 9; People v. Mills, 223 A.D.2d 562).

The defendant's remaining contention is without merit.

Miller, J.P., Ritter, Altman and Krausman, JJ., concur.
