On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The delayed application for leave to appeal from the May 7, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is also considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D).

The motion to compel disclosure and motion to vacate convictions are also considered, and they are DENIED.
