Summary
In People v. Vanderborg (301 N.Y. 750) and People v. Ramistella (306 N.Y. 379, 385), this court held, at least in effect, that a conviction for larceny by false pretenses was not invalidated for failure to plead the false pretenses, when defendant failed to object to evidence of the representations.
