People v. Thompson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Sep 22, 1986
123 A.D.2d 408 (N.Y. App. Div. 1986)

Opinion

September 22, 1986

Appeal from the County Court, Nassau County (Collins, J.).

Judgment affirmed.

Under the circumstances herein, we find that the trial court's prospective preclusion of the testimony of certain defense witnesses constituted harmless error (see, People v Daly, 98 A.D.2d 803, affd 64 N.Y.2d 970).

The defendant's other contentions are either without merit or unpreserved for our review. Bracken, J.P., Lawrence, Eiber and Kooper, JJ., concur.
