Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County, rendered March 17, 1978, upon a verdict convicting defendant of two counts of sodomy in the first degree. Judgment affirmed (cf. People v. Jones, 69 A.D.2d 912). Mahoney, P.J., Sweeney, Kane, Staley, Jr., and Herlihy, JJ., concur.
