People v. Tanter

Supreme Court of Michigan
Nov 22, 2000
619 N.W.2d 543 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 114902 (22).

November 22, 2000.

COA: 215013, Jackson CC: 98-086926-FH

By order of December 28, 1999, the delayed application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Bulger (Docket No. 112694). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 18, 2000, 462 Mich. 495 (2000), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to remand to the Court of Appeals is also considered, and it is DENIED.

Cavanagh, J., would grant leave to appeal.
