Jul 28, 1998
458 Mich. 868 (Mich. 1998)

Opinion

No. 110662.

July 28, 1998.

Summary Dispositions July 28, 1998:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the trial court for a decision on defendant's November 1994 motion for relief from judgment. The trial court's November 15, 1996, order did not address that motion. MCR 7.302(F)(1). In all other respects leave to appeal is denied because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). Court of Appeals No. 199936.
