THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. ROBERT J. STRYKER, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken from a judgment of Cayuga County Court, rendered July 31, 2018, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to the extent it seeks to withdraw as counsel is denied without prejudice to renew, and

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to July 6, 2021, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
