ARREST FOR CRIME, § 2on information and suspicion. Where defendant ran his family out of the house while intoxicated, and the police were called, who found him drunk and disorderly, they were justified in arresting and searching him without waiting to get warrants.

Error to Circuit Court of St. Clair county; Hon. MAURICE V. JOYCE, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at May term, 1942.
