Order of the County Court, Nassau County, entered October 14, 1966, affirmed; judgment of said court rendered June 22, 1967 modified, on the law and the facts, by reducing the sentence to the time served; and judgment, as so modified, affirmed. In our opinion, the sentence was excessive to the extent indicated herein. Munder, Acting P.J., Latham, Kleinfeld, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur. [ 51 Misc.2d 786.]
