People v. Santiago

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Mar 6, 1995
213 A.D.2d 432 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

March 6, 1995

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Firetog, J.).

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

The Supreme Court properly denied the defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty pleas because the motion was based upon unsubstantiated allegations that the defendant was under the influence of drugs at the time of the pleas (see, People v Brown, 208 A.D.2d 431). Bracken, J.P., Rosenblatt, Lawrence, Krausman and Goldstein, JJ., concur.
