The motion to transfer this matter to the Court of Appeal, filed October 15, 2021, is granted. The motion's alternative request to expand the issues on review is denied as moot.

The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider whether to exercise its discretion to conduct an independent review of the record or provide any other relief in light of People v.
