DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered November 29, 2010, to amend the notice of appeal and a decision and order of this court dated March 14, 2011, which assigned counsel, to include Criminal Court docket numbers 2009KN002641, 2010CK001781 and 2010CK001564, which were also decided by the judgment rendered November 29, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal and the decision and order of this court dated March 14, 2011 are deemed amended to include Criminal Court docket numbers 2009KN002641, 2010CK001781 and 2010CK001564.
